Michael Stanfield
Shareholder and Advisor

Michael Stanfield, MBA, has over 30 years of executive leadership, corporate strategy, and capital investing experience. He is the Cofounder of CreditComm (ca: 1996), which is the predecessor to Intersections, Inc. In 2012, Michael began developing a pet health monitoring solution via i4C Innovations (d/b/a Voyce), and in March 2015, Michael took over daily management and strategic direction of Voyce, being less involved in the Company’s daily operations after December, 2016. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of

Intersections Inc.

Albert Di Rienzo
President, CEO & Chief Science Officer

Al brings 34 years of technical, management and leadership experience to Voyce, with 20 years at the executive level, having appointments with Blue Highway, Syracuse University, Welch Allyn, Phillips Medical Systems, Siemens Medical Systems, Honeywell Aerospace and General Dynamics. Al was appointed to the Inaugural National Biodefense Science Board under both the Bush and Obama Administrations, is a former Professor of Forensic Science at Syracuse University’s Forensic & Security Sciences Institute and has numerous academic, government and industry relationships. Al was formally trained in Design Controls via the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation and has seven pending patent applications.

Voyce holds the perpetual, worldwide, exclusive license for non-human UWB radar technology for sensing and monitoring vital signs. Domestically, Voyce holds 8 granted patents, 18 pending and 2 provisional. Internationally, Voyce holds 24 granted patents and 51 pending.
